This upcoming 2025 I turn 45 years old! I know I know, I can’t believe it either! lol I hear people say as they get older and they look in the mirror, they can’t believe who is looking back at them! I totally feel that! Who is that strong, confident, sexy woman I see?!! Not exactly sure this is what most people mean! lol I didn’t just get older and magically get fit. Over a year of major daily discipline and hard work has given me this comfort in my own skin and contentment with my body I have never felt before, as well as the confidence I desired, and yet only dreamed about in my 20s!
I hear people say they’re too old and don’t have the time, especially parents. I’m here to tell you, you’re never too old to prioritize yourself! You’ll also never have the time, you need to make it! Aaand for all my parents, prioritizing yourself and your own health is one of the best things you can model for your kids!!!
I’ve been on this journey a loooong time, but only got serious about the physical a year ago. I will tell you it didn’t start with the physical, it started within. And for lasting physical change, it always must start within. Long lasting discipline comes from self love. I don’t always feel like working out and I don’t always have the motivation, but because I’ve done a lot…and I mean A LOT of inner work, I have discipline. I start every day by taking care of my mind and my body. I meditate and work out or practice yoga. If I can do it, so can you! Make 2025 the year of NO EXCUSES!!!

Slow Flow is a slower paced, gentle/moderate class with many options. It does offer some strengthening, yet mostly stretching, sometimes including restorative practice and yoga nidra. It’s a great class for beginners, yogis who desire long holds, and those who want to unwind. Bring a mat, blocks, and most important an open mind.
